ในการประชุมที่ร้านอาหารครัวคุณยายเมื่อวันที่ 9 November 2003 ที่ผ่านมา ที่ประชุมมีมติให้เลื่อนการประชุมเพื่อเลือกตั้ง Interim Board of Directors ไปหนึ่งอาทิตย์ เนื่องจากสมาชิกบางท่านต้องการที่จะศึกษารายละเอียดใน Bylaws เพิ่มเติม การประชุมในเรื่องนี้จึงถูกเลื่อนไปจัดที่ Holiday Inn Express Van Nuys, 8244 Orion Avenue Van Nuys CA 91406 Tel: (818) 989-5010 ในวันเสาร์ที่ 15 November 2003 เวลา 4 โมงเย็น ดังนั้นสมาคมจึงขอเรียนเชิญสมาชิกที่สนใจทุกท่าน เข้าร่วมประชุมโดยพร้อมเพรียงกัน สำหรับสมาชิกที่ต้องการศึกษา Bylaws ของสมาคม โปรดหาอ่านได้ที่หน้า "Contact Us"

During the meeting at Grandma Thai Restaurant on November 9, 2003, some members requested that we postpone the meeting for one week, before we elect the Board of Directors. The reason being that they needed more time to study details in the associations Bylaws. The meeting has been rescheduled for November 15, 2003 at 4 PM. It will be held at Holiday Inn Express Van Nuys, 8244 Orion Avenue Van Nuys CA 91406 Tel: (818) 989-5010. The Alumni would like to invite all members to attend this special meeting. This meeting is very crucial due to that we will be electing the Interim Board of Directors. For those who are interested, our Bylaws could be found at "Contact Us" page.
